DD Begins Second Inning Against RCB With a Bang

Match 19 of IPL 2018 has all the makings of a great match, even though the second half has just started. After restricting the Delhi Daredevil to 174 for 5, Royal Challengers Bangalore sent Quinton de Kock and Manan Vohra as the openers to defend the wicket. Two controlled knocks of 52 and 85 by the very talented Shreyas Iyer and Rishab Pant gave the team a defendable score.

Though playing on the RCB home ground – M Chinnaswamy Stadium – the DD team has begun the second innings with a bang. Vohra has been dismissed by Jason Roy to a breathtaking catch by Glenn Maxwell and a run-out mix has seen de Kock go. With India’s favourite, and RCB Captain Virat Kohli on the crease, the excitement of the crowd as they anticipate another IPL 2018 knockout performance is palpable.
