In their match against Kolkata Knight Riders, Royal Challengers did not get off to the start which they would have expected. They lost their opener Quinton de Kock for just 29 runs. Along with Brendon McCullum he put up a 67-run partnership. McCullum who scored 38, along with Virat Kohli provided the much-needed stability. However, it was the latter whose 68 not out of 44 balls including 5 fours and 3 sixes helped Bangalore take their total to 175 for the loss of four wickets. It will be interesting to find out whether Royal Challengers are able to scalp their first wickets quickly or does it become an easy win for Kolkata skipper Dinesh Karthik and his squad.
